Grass Fed Beef
Our Grass Fed, Grass Finished Scottish Highland beef is now available! These cows are winter hardy, excellent mothers and have sweet temperaments. They are slow growing animals that eat shrubs, prickly ash and buckthorn like goats and have an excellent flavor!
Highland beef are known for being lower in fat and cholesterol than other beef while still being very tender and well-marbled. These pastured animals have a higher ratio of heart-healthy Omega 3:6 ratio as well as more conjugated linoleic acid, a type of fat may reduce heart disease and cancer risks.
Scottish Highland beef has a higher protein and iron content than other beef and is the beef of choice for the Queen of England!

Pastured Meat Share: This share contains all three pastured proteins our farm has to offer including:
about 15 lbs beef: 7-8 ground, 1-2 pack steak (like Top Round, Sirloin, Flank or Flat Iron) and 1 Chuck, Rump or Arm roast and either stew meat or short ribs
5 whole chickens (about 20-22lbslbs)
15 lbs Pork: Pork Chops, Bacon, Ground, Brats, Roast or Coppa Steak, Ham Steak, Links or Breakfast Sausage) $420

Online A La Carte ordering: Order a la carte from our website, which includes all of our meats in inventory as well vegetables, honey, breads and mustards. We do deliveries 2 times a month, so when you sign up your order will automatically be set to deliver the next delivery date.
